These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmilePro Dental mobile app, staff workspace, and public website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
SmilePro Dental provides clinic management tools for authorized staff and linked patient accounts, including appointments, patient records, schedules, inventory, reports, and related features.
Our public website lets visitors request appointments and submit patient registration forms for review by clinic staff. The website is informational and does not replace an in-person consultation.
Accounts and access
Mobile app access requires signing in with an authorized account (such as Google sign-in). Staff and patient access is limited by roles and clinic permissions assigned by the clinic.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify the clinic immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Appointments and registration
Appointment requests submitted on the website are not final until reviewed and confirmed by clinic staff. Arrival windows shown online are estimates only and may change because of emergencies or clinic workflow.
Registration forms submitted online create a pending request for staff review. A patient record is not active in our system until the clinic verifies and approves the submission.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when booking or registering.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or use the app or website for unlawful purposes.
Staff users must use clinic data only for legitimate clinic operations and in accordance with clinic policies and professional obligations.
Medical and emergency disclaimer
SmilePro Dental's app and website do not provide emergency dental or medical care. If you have a dental emergency or urgent medical condition, contact the clinic by phone or seek immediate emergency care.
Information on the website and in the app is for clinic operations and patient communication. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dentist.
Intellectual property
The SmilePro Dental name, branding, software, and website content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as needed for normal use of the services.
Service availability
We strive to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmilePro Dental and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any, or PHP 1,000 if no fee was paid.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or website if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the clinic, users, or systems. You may stop using the services at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Negros Occidental, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
